Is Your New Years Resolution Exercise?
If you have made a New Years resolution this year then the chances are you are planning to do some form of exercise. Which form of exercise is the best one out there to take?
Gym
The gym can be a great place to go to not only to exercise but for help on exactly what you need to do so lose that weight or work on those muscles. There are always people around the gym that you can approach for help on deciding what you should do. There is of course a very big problem when it comes going to the gym and it is the cost, on top of this unless you are going with friends or have a very good music collection on the Pod you are going to be very bored. Often it is just too much money to afford and will stop you from getting things you want to buy for yourself.
Running
Running can be a cheap and affordable way to get exercise. I would advise going out in the early mornings or just as the sun is setting to get the benefit of the cool weather. This can really help if you are not used to the exercise as it will settle the body in gradually. Many people do not like running and this is down to the fact that they are doing it in public and feel uncomfortable.
Cycling
Cycling is of course another alternative and many new people take up cycling every year. This is only going to grow further as people become more aware of the environment and the C02 omissions that cars let out. It would seem that once again the problem is the cost here. Other than these there are many alternatives such as swimming, weights and even using the Nintendo Wii. One of the best things to do is just go with what you think is best for you.
