Searching for any traces of ants is the next thing you need to do. In my San Diego ant control service I always ask my clients to see if there are ants on the outside of the home.If there are, then there is a very high possibility that they also exist in the home.  As a prospective buyer you can look for this as well.Search on the outside of the house for any probable presence of ants.

Finally you need to be sure that there are no problems about rodents. In my San Diego rodent control service this is another troublesome pest.Because when they have nested in your home they can grow in numbers faster than rabbits.  The best way for you to check to see if there are rats or mice is to check the attics.  You want to look to see if there are mouse droppings. If there are then there is absolutely a problem.
